Zinus Mattress – 10-Year Limited Warranty
Zinus' 10-year limited warranty applies to all mattresses purchased new through an authorized dealer.
Proof of purchase is required. You can register your product at www.zinus.com/warranty.
This warranty will be void if the product has been altered, if the outer cover or mattress labels have been removed, or if it has been used improperly. Please follow the care instructions included on the legal tags.
Zinus warrants your mattress against defects in manufacturing and materials. The warranty becomes effective only after the authorized dealer's return period expires. Except for the specific limitations mentioned herein, your mattress will be replaced or you will receive a prorated refund, at our option, if it exhibits manufacturing or structural defects.
The following are not considered defects:
- Normal softening of the foam with use.
- In the case of memory foam, the progressive loss of recovery, provided it does not affect pressure relief properties.
The consumer is responsible for maintaining an adequate foundation that provides the necessary support. The use of inappropriate foundations, platforms, or surfaces voids this warranty. The warranty does not cover indentations less than 4 cm that are not related to the foundation.
The warranty is void if the product was altered, abused, or damaged intentionally or by accident (burns, cuts, moisture, mold, stains, or unsanitary conditions). The use of electric blankets or heating pads with memory foam mattresses voids this warranty. It is recommended to use a stain-resistant protector.
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and requires the original receipt or invoice from an authorized dealer. The mattress's legal tag must not be removed. This warranty grants specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction.
Zinus Bed Frame – 5-Year Limited Warranty
The 5-year limited warranty applies to all platform beds and frames purchased new through an authorized dealer.

This warranty is void if the product has been altered or misused.
Zinus warrants against defects in manufacturing and materials. The warranty becomes effective only after the authorized dealer's return period expires.
It does not cover damages from misuse. Manufacturing defects refer to cases where the product has broken under normal use and no longer offers adequate support. Adequate support = flat, firm, and level surface.
It is valid only for the original purchaser with a receipt or purchase invoice. Misuse, such as placing the frame on wheels or risers, exceeding the maximum weight, or modifying its structure, voids this warranty.
Zinus Mattress Topper – 5-Year Limited Warranty
The 5-year limited warranty applies to all toppers purchased new through an authorized dealer.
Proof of purchase is required. You can register your product at www.zinus.com/warranty.
This warranty is void if the topper has been altered or misused.
Zinus warrants the topper against manufacturing defects and materials. The topper will be replaced or a prorated refund will be offered if found defective.
It must be used exclusively on a mattress. Direct use on other surfaces voids the warranty. It is also void in cases of intentional damage, accidents, moisture, mold, stains, or abuse. The use of electric blankets or heating pads voids this warranty.
It is recommended to use a stain-resistant protector. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser with their original proof of purchase.
Applicable Zinus Products – 1-Year Limited Warranty
Applies to certain Zinus products purchased new from authorized dealers.
Proof of purchase is required. You can register your product at www.zinus.com/warranty.
The warranty is void if the product is altered or misused.
Zinus warrants your product for 1 year against manufacturing defects and materials. If found defective, it will be replaced or you will receive a prorated refund. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse or abuse.
Manufacturing defects include breakage under normal use. In case of a defect, discontinue use and contact customer service.
Only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
